The silence and views were amazing! the tranquility of the surroundings was a real highlight.
The remote location was a challenge for us as we had to travel back and forth for a wedding and to take care of children. It would have been more convenient if it were closer to Tulfarris or had better transportation options.

The location of this guesthouse was perfect - nestled in the mountains, it offered a peaceful and serene atmosphere. It was also conveniently close to the city, making it easy to venture out for a day trip. The spacious room and shared kitchen facilities made for a comfortable and enjoyable self-catering experience. Plus, the leftover food from previous guests was a pleasant surprise, saving us from having to buy everything from the shops.
The road leading to the guesthouse was quite narrow, so be cautious when passing other cars.

Siobhan, the hostess, was incredibly helpful in guiding me to this hidden spot in the forest. The spacious room and shared kitchen provided everything I needed for a self-catering experience. The abundance of food left by previous guests was a pleasant surprise. The location, nestled in the mountains yet close enough to the city for day trips, was ideal. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at The Lodge Guesthouse. The location was perfect - nestled in the beautiful Wicklow mountains with stunning views. We were pleasantly surprised by the provided amenities, including milk, tea, coffee. The cottage itself was clean and cozy, making us feel right at home. We particularly loved the spacious bedroom and living/kitchen room. Siobhan, the host, was quick to respond to our messages, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Although we would have appreciated more control over the heating, it was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience. We can't wait to return next academic year! we highly recommend this hidden gem for a peaceful and picturesque getaway.
